I have to admit, seventeen years is a long time. And the things that didn’t mean a lot to you then, are just starting to show its sentimental value, which makes moving a lot harder. If I may Alan, I would like to leave you with something: Home is never about where you are. It’s just a physical manifestation of the word. Home is wherever you are with the ones you love; wherever you feel happiest.

Avis VanscyocAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15860386367821719704noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3915339669985059502.post-19612299082273175892012-09-16T03:37:47.140+10:002012-09-16T03:37:47.140+10:00Alan,

I felt the same when we moved to the house we're living in now and when I had to pack up my classroom to leave as the building was being torn down when I had the same room for 12 years...finding I think the treasure is in the memory as much as it is the object. That makes it doubley hard to let go of...some people never recover from moving-it breaks their hearts...Amy Ruddhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18177520075043676835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3915339669985059502.post-83656452133941487772012-09-12T10:48:50.487+10:002012-09-12T10:48:50.487+10:00Ouch, tossing is not easy for me either.
